cxLoyalty launches online integrity service for Telenor

Telenor care about their customers and their integrity and strive to make the digital world safer for children and young people.

To support their quest of making the Internet a safer place Telenor have established a non-commercial initiative called Trygg På Nätet (Safe on Internet) with free of charge services and tools that brings added value to Telenor’s customers. At the end of 2016 Telenor launched Nätfrid on the Swedish market, an cxLoyalty branded online integrity service and part of the overall initiative Trygg på nätet.

Nätfrid provides a hotline and multiple digital guides that help people manage their Cyber security concerns or issues. Nätfrid, and its specialists within cxLoyalty, assists Telenor customers in removing unwanted content, such as pictures, videos and/or text, as well as retrieve control over hacked accounts, remove false profiles in social media and much more. The digital guides simplify and provide step-by-step instructions on how to manage personal settings on Facebook, how to handle a hacked Twitter account and how to delete an account on Instagram. If the problem is not solved, or if the customer prefers to get help from the start, the hotline agents will provide expertise and personal assistance.
